In Autumn 1 we will be reading the book Kensuke's Kingdom and will write our own adventure stories on a desert island.

In Geography we will be learning about world maps, oceans and countries, compass points, lines of latitude and longitude and the physical geography of islands

We will discover our own island and write leaflets and information for tourists to visit.

In Science we will be learning about Evolution and Inheritance looking particularly at the works of Charles Darwin and Mary Anning. We will study fossils and learn how humans and animals have evolved over thousands of years.
