Complaints
Staff work hard in school to ensure that we provide the best possible education and setting for children. At times we do appreciate that things can go wrong and something may have happened which you are unhappy about or need to have investigated futher. We welcome contact from parents to help try to sort things out at the earliest opportunity and to help you decide who you need to speak with first, please see the information below:
Something has happened in class | First point of contact is your child's class teacher as they may be unaware of what has happened and need the opportunity to look into this for you. |
For children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 our Key Stage Leader is there to support you if you have reported a concern to the class teacher but it has not been resolved | Second point of contact is the Key Stage Leader (manager of the department) is Mrs Ferguson and she can be contacted l.ferguson@st-peter-st-pauls.lancs.sch.uk or by ringing school 01254 884522 to arrange a time to meet with her.
