A warm welcome from Mrs Clitheroe, Mrs Thomson and Mrs Astbury, who are all based in Year 2 each day. We are also lucky enough to have Mr Ferguson teach us PE and Mrs Morrison teach RE. Year 2 ends the Key Stage 1 journey in a positive and enjoyable way, where we enjoy lots of different ways for learning. Please see our class photo gallery for snippets of what goes on in Year 2.

Reading Books-Reading books are changed on Monday and Thursday and children are encouraged to read at least twice a week with notes made in reading records.

PE days-our PE days are Tuesday with Mr Ferguson and on Friday with Mrs Clitheroe.

Water bottles-please ensure that a water bottle is sent to school each day as children have the opportunity to re-fill at our water dispenser.

Wellies and waterproofs-It would be beneficial to have a set within school due to any outdoor learning opportunities.
